Dash-1 “Reliever”

Visual inspection of components: pressure test completed unit per spec sheet: machining area separate from assembly area and testing area: all areas cleaned as they are used. Parts molded by Bender Plastics, Virgin Polypropylene, Certificate available: Certificate also available from spring manufacturer and O’ring supplier.

Lid/Gaskets

Body from Epsilon Polypropylene E-4212: meets all U.N. & HM 181 specs: pass falling dart test: visual inspection: molded at SPI Industries, Certificate available.

Bulkhead Fittings

Molded from high impact medium density ultra-violet stabilized Polyethylene by Bender Plastics.

Quality Assurance Manual

Contains component lists for each model of the Dash-1 “Reliever”: testing procedure and guidlines: list of products: drawings of products.

Certificate of Compliance included with each shipment upon request.
